Today we started on our first exercise. It was to take one shot of anything that caused in us some sensation. We could choose any one sense , like touch, smell, sound, and shoot what gives us the sensation .
We did our first exercise on the mobile phone. Making films was so easy ! We formed teams for every shot: A director, actors, cameraperson. We called out the commands , like, Actor ready ? Camera ready ? Going for take ! Action !
Those who finished their shot, wrote out their shot and drew a storyboard of their shot.
We had great fun as we love being outdoors , with the world of sensations all around us !

I took a shot on the sensation of taste. One kid is eating a fruit. I shot that. The kid, Dev is enjoying the fruit. ( It turned out that he had actually had a hard time munching on a raw chikoo, which had a bitter taste to it!

Today is the day of CCAJ-CFA session . I wanted to show the sensation of touch (pain). So my friend shot me falling down and getting hurt. At that moment, we feel the sensation of pain so much. I wasn’t hurt much, though!

I took a shot of a hand opening a book. The sunlight falling on the pages. I wanted to convey the feel of the new pages of the book , the sunlight and the slight breeze that blows. I wanted to convey the beautiful feeling I get when I read in the garden.
This was one of the most enjoyable days at school as we were busy doing so many things together . We even sucked on some tamarind seeds from our school ground, nibbled on watermelon slices and dates cake too!
